Politics · Civil society · Public good

Responsible data that drives real-world decisions.

Red Data Analytics is a data science consultancy at the intersection of politics, civil society, and the public good. We help organizations turn data into legally compliant, responsible, and actionable insight—supporting better decisions, more effective campaigns, and stronger democratic participation.

Let's build a practical data strategy togetherPrivacy by design. No individual political profiles.

Who we are

What we stand for

  • We combine data science, geospatial analytics, and software engineering with real domain understanding.
  • We draw a clear line: we do not build individual political voter profiles.
  • Instead, we work with aggregated or pseudonymized data and apply privacy-by-design from day one.

What you can expect

  • clear recommendations, not vague decks
  • outputs teams can use immediately (maps, dashboards, concise briefs)
  • documented methods and transparent assumptions

How we work

A clear process. Usable outputs. Trust by design.

Decision-first

Start from goals and decisions—derive the right questions, data, and outputs.

Rigorous & usable

Defensible data and deliverables teams can act on (maps, dashboards, concise briefs/workshops).

Responsible by default

Privacy, documentation, and governance are built in.

Typical project flow

  1. Kickoff & scope (1–2 weeks)
clarify decisions, assess data, define success criteria.
  2. Analysis & prototype (2–4 weeks)
    early maps/models, fast feedback cycles.
  3. Production (variable)
    dashboard/tool, QA, documentation, handover.
  4. Enablement
workshop + playbook so your team can run with it.

Typical deliverables: Briefing, interactive map, dashboard, documented dataset, workshop/training.

What we do

Analytics, maps, and tools for impact-driven work.

Election & campaign analytics

We run local-level analyses, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations for prioritization, mobilization, and resource planning.

Geospatial + socio-economic decision inputs

We combine census-style indicators with spatial context and turn them into maps and planning metrics teams can actually use.

Mapping & “milieu” segmentation

We build transparent, purpose-fit segmentation (“milieus”) as an alternative to expensive third-party datasets—and as a reusable planning layer.

Interactive tools + Responsible AI

When questions repeat, we productize: interactive thematic maps or exports, —supported by data ethics, transparency, and risk checks.

Typical outputs: dashboard/map app, concise brief, documented dataset, workshop.

Privacy & ethics

Our principle: Responsible data work

Responsible data work

We apply privacy-by-design and build solutions where privacy, data minimization, and security are considered from the start. We do not build individual political profiles. Instead, we work with aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized data—depending on the use case and purpose.

Purpose limitation & transparency

Our work is purpose-limited, documented, and explainable: clear questions and defined use cases; documented data sources, assumptions, and methods; interpretable results rather than “black box” outputs.

Security & access control

We use robust processes and access concepts: role-based access and least-privilege permissions; secure storage and data transfer; clear ownership and deletion/retention practices.

Fairness & impact

Especially in political and civic contexts, we take care that data work does not amplify bias, stigmatize communities, or create harmful incentives. We check risks (e.g., unintended discrimination) and prioritize solutions that are useful, defensible, and trustworthy.

In short: We deliver insights and tools that enable action—without compromising privacy, ethics, or trust.
